Contract of Service

All clients will be asked to read and sign a contract.

This is to cover you as much as to cover Walkies With Wayne and it is part of our Liability Insurance.

Please note we will not walk dogs that are not chipped, this is in line with the correct legislations from 2006.

Your dog must also still wear a collar or harness with a tag, which includes your name and contact details while in a public space. We will not enforce the tag rule as we have tags for our details while pets are in our care.

Walkies With Wayne reserve the right to refuse service and or withdraw service to client and pet at any time. If we cancel without a proposal for a new date, we will issue a refund. If we have to cancel due to the behaviour of a client or clients pet you will be sent an invoice.

Walkies With Wayne will refuse to walk dogs defined as dangerous by the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991 or *subsequent legislation.

*Dangerous Dogs Act 1991 - XL Bullies:

Due to XL Bullies only added to this list recently, we will still honour contracts and new clients until our current insurance expires, you will need to have in place your own third party insurance and exemption certificate, your pet will have to be neutered/spayed, muzzled and on-lead at all times.

We will still support Pet Taxi for un-neutered pets in transit for the operation.
